Executive Coaching

Executive coaching for managers and leaders making real decisions.

A one-to-one working process for executives, managers and entrepreneurs who want more clarity around a decision, a role, a professional relationship or a period of change. No ready-made answers and no attempt to disguise consulting as coaching.

Describe the situation you want to clarify

When it helps

Not every problem needs an immediate answer. Some need a space where you can see what is actually happening.

  • You have an important decision with too many variables to reduce it to a simple pros-and-cons list.
  • Your role has changed, but the way you work still belongs to the previous stage.
  • You have a difficult conversation with a colleague, partner, stakeholder or team and want to prepare it better.
  • You know what you should do, yet the same obstacle appears between intention and action.
  • You need a thinking partner with no stake in your decision who can still work with its complexity.

Is it a fit?

For people carrying responsibility who are no longer looking for another formula.

Executive coaching is suited to executives, managers, entrepreneurs and professionals in roles where decisions, relationships and the way you lead have consequences beyond your own task list.

What it is not

It is not consulting, mentoring or a collection of correct answers.

Bogdan does not enter the process to make the decision for you. Coaching is used to make assumptions, options, tensions and consequences more visible when they are difficult to see from inside the situation.

What the process aims for

More clarity before the decision. More intention after it.

  • Clarify what is the problem, what is a symptom and what is simply pressure in the moment.
  • Make your decision criteria more explicit and see more alternatives.
  • Prepare difficult conversations without reducing them to arguments and reactions.
  • Notice patterns that repeat in your role, relationships or decision-making.
  • Turn insight into steps that can be tested in the real work context.
  • Review what happened and adjust instead of treating the first decision as a final verdict.

How we work

Context. Clarity. Options. Action. Review.

Start with the real situation

Not with a generic leadership theme. We work with what is happening now: a decision, relationship, role, change or obstacle.

Clarify the stakes

Separate facts from interpretations, the objective from the pressure and what you can influence from what sits outside your control.

Explore options

Look for alternatives, questions and perspectives that are hard to notice once a single solution already feels inevitable.

Test in practice

The process does not end with the coaching conversation. You choose what to do differently and return with what actually happened.

Frequently asked questions

What is worth clarifying before you start.

What is executive coaching?

It is a one-to-one working process focused on professional situations where role, decisions, relationships and responsibility become part of the challenge. It starts with the person's context and what they want to be able to do differently, rather than a standard solution.

What kinds of situations can I bring?

High-stakes decisions, role transitions, difficult professional relationships, prioritisation, influence, leadership conversations, performance, periods of change or situations where you know what to do but struggle to turn theoretical clarity into action.

How is coaching different from consulting?

In consulting, the expert may recommend a solution. In coaching, the decision and responsibility remain with the client. The coach works through questions, observations, perspectives and the process by which the client clarifies their own options.

How does a collaboration start?

With a conversation about context, objective and fit between your situation and the way Bogdan works. Only then does it make sense to define the collaboration format.
