About me
I am a coach, trainer, consultant and entrepreneur. I work across business, leadership, education and people development.

I started in sales and management, working with targets, clients, teams and results. Over time, I became increasingly interested in the mechanisms behind them: how we make decisions, build relationships and make change stick.
Today I work with people and organizations starting from the same question: what is actually happening here?
I do not begin with the solution that sounds good. I begin with the context, the problem and the behaviors that keep it in place.
Coach. Trainer. Consultant.
For me, clarity comes before the solution.
How I work
I do not begin with a tool we are determined to use. I begin with the situation.
We look at the context, people, stakes, tensions and what you have already tried.
We separate the real problem from the noise and test the assumptions keeping it in place.
We turn clarity into a conversation, decision, behavior or concrete experiment.
Professional journey
Two milestones that shaped the commercial and consulting foundation of how I work today.
A major part of more than 16 years of commercial experience, including roles as Business Retention Analyst, Business Sales Representative, Concept Store Manager and Direct Sales Manager.
Sales and business development consulting, leadership, coaching, sales audits and the development of programs tailored to client needs.
Training & credentials
For me, professional training complements experience and provides clear reference points for practice.
International Coaching Federation
Professional coaching credential issued by the International Coaching Federation.

The roles are different. The way I work is consistent: understand the context before choosing the intervention.
I work with people who want to think more clearly, make a decision or change a behavior that is no longer useful.
I design applied learning experiences where real situations, practice and feedback matter more than the number of slides.
I work with organizations to clarify commercial and development challenges and build an intervention that fits the context.
I also view development from the perspective of someone making decisions with budgets, clients, risk, priorities and real consequences.
In practice, the roles are not always separate. A coaching conversation can surface a need for consulting, while a training project may call for facilitation or an organizational intervention. What matters to me is being clear about which role I am using, when and why.
Coaching or consulting: what do you actually need?Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship gave me a very concrete laboratory for development ideas: people choose, budgets are finite and solutions are tested in reality.
An entrepreneurial initiative in education.
A project in education technology and feedback.

Outside work, you are more likely to find me cooking, playing a board game or spending time with family and friends. Simple things, but they say a lot about what I value: curiosity, relationships and time spent with purpose.
