Keynote
One central idea built for the audience and context.
Speaking & facilitation
An event is worth people's time when it gives them an idea they can carry forward, not simply another hour checked off the agenda.
Before the stage
I start with the audience and the question we want to put into motion. What is worth seeing differently? What conversation should begin after the session?
Topics can include leadership, negotiation, networking, professional relationships, team effectiveness and difficult decisions. The format follows the context: keynote, workshop, panel or facilitated conversation.
I am not interested in filling the stage with more ideas than people can use. I want something clear enough to travel back into their real work.
